Job description

Overview

This school are looking for a fully qualified Art Teacher to join their Art Department from December 2025 until July 2026. The school is located in Barnet, with several bus stops locally and the tube stopping a five-minute walk from the school. Applications are warmly welcomed from ECTs and experienced teachers, with July starts on offer for those currently completing their PGCEs.

Responsibilities

• Teach Art to a range of key stages as part of the Art Department.
• A committed practitioner who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
• Collaborate and drive delivery of the subject through inventive approaches, including curriculum design and the use of ICT.

Requirements

• Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
• CV must cover full work history.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
