This role combines artistic expertise with people leadership and commercial awareness, offering full-time leadership responsibility, training and opportunities to grow the studio and its impact in the Chelmsford area.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in art or related field is required or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong teaching experience with children; ability to engage adult learners too.
• Commercial awareness including customer engagement, retention and growth.

• Lead and grow a creative studio in Chelmsford.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations, team leadership and resource management.
• Deliver engaging, skills-based art classes for children and adults.
