Airbus Operations Limited is seeking a Programme & Project Management professional to drive AI adoption within ARP, lead Gen AI pod initiatives, and oversee AI use-case development across complex aerospace processes.

The role requires aerospace experience, SAP MM/PP/SD expertise, and travel up to 20%. Fluent English is essential; German/French are a plus. A 35-hour work week with flexible hours and extensive learning opportunities are provided.

Qualifikationen

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

• Promote a culture of AI Adoption within the ARP organisation with best practice and toolset usage.
• Support / Coach the ARP program colleagues in Gemini / Gemini Enterprise and agentic tools.
• Being part of and supporting the LACE to lead our ARP transformation.
• Continuous assessment and streamlining of AI Use cases for ARP.
• Facilitation and support of AI events inline with our ARP strategy.
• Lead the ARP Gen AI pod approach and development of solutions.

ABOUT YOU

• Has a degree in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production/Logistics or similar.
• Experience in Aerospace or related complex industries (e.g., Automotive, Defense).
• Understanding of SAP and its modules (MM, PP, SD) and E2E operational processes.
• Proven experience prototyping with AI tools, including innovative solutions.
• Transformation and Change Management expertise in an AI context.
• Strong Product Development and Project Management experience.
• Fluent in English, German and/or French preferred.
• Willingness to travel, approximately 20% of the time.
