Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator in Warrington. The role focuses on setting up and operating Armada press brakes, with tooling changes and machine adjustments, to produce accurate sheet metal parts.

You will read drawings, measure components with precision equipment, and maintain safety standards in a busy manufacturing environment. The position offers a 13-week temp-to-perm pathway and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Reading engineering drawings and working to tolerances.
• Health and safety awareness on shop floor.
• Attention to detail in measuring finished parts.
• Ability to set up and adjust press brake tooling.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating Armada press brakes, including tooling changes and machine adjustments
• Cutting blanks using guillotines and carrying out folding, pressing, turret punching and notching
• Reading engineering drawings and working to specified dimensions and tolerances
• Inspecting finished components using precision measuring equipment
• Maintaining machinery, following health and safety procedures and keeping the workspace tidy
