Argos Store Manager – Inside Sainsbury’s is seeking a confident retail leader to drive store performance across service, sales and customer outcomes. You’ll manage a team, set direction and act as a role model for service and values while supporting nearby stores as needed.

You will travel between locations, with a full UK driving licence advantageous, and play a key part in developing colleagues to achieve outstanding customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll create and lead a high-performing team and act as a true role model by seeing everything from the customer’s point of view. In that way, you’ll inspire, motivate and empower everybody around you.

Your focus on the business itself will be just as strong. You’ll have total accountability for the store – driving performance, plans and actions; celebrating success and making sure that your teams are trained and developed to be the best that they can be.

You’ll be supporting nearby stores within the local area, so the ability to travel between locations is important. Holding a full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
