A leading engineering inspection service provider is seeking an Area Technical Operations Manager in the UK. This remote role involves managing a team of Engineer Surveyors to achieve business goals and ensure a high standard of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and coaching skills, along with experience in service management. Competitive salary at approximately £65,000 annually, along with flexible benefits.
Role Description
We have an exciting home-based opportunity for an Area Technical Operations Manager within the Allianz Engineering Inspection Services team.
As an ATOM, you'll have the opportunity to develop key skills such as Leadership, motivation, coaching, problem solving and ability to influence decision making.
This is a remote role with no expectation to be in office. However, you will be covering a large geographical area and you must be able to travel and stay away for business needs.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £65,000 per annum.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
