A leading charity organization in Bradford is seeking an Area Team Manager to lead community programs for children and young people. You will manage a multidisciplinary team and ensure the delivery of Early Help services, maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in children's services, strong management skills, and a passion for youth empowerment. A full driving license is required, and the role offers a permanent contract with competitive benefits including generous annual leave and a pension contribution.

Salary: £38,000
Location: Bradford office, with the opportunity to work up to 2 days per week from home
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week (FTE)

We're looking for a talented Area Team Manager to lead and inspire community programmes and activity across Bradford, with a base in a central office, with delivery from the heart of the city reaching across the city region.
You’ll also need a full driving license and flexibility to travel across the area.
