Job summary

Dine Contract Catering is seeking an Area Support Manager to drive culinary excellence across our workplace dining sites along the M1 Corridor. Based in or around Nottingham, you’ll coach Unit Managers, Chef Managers and teams to deliver high-quality food and outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll champion our food vision, implement menus and promotions, conduct site reviews, and share best practice region-wide.

Qualifications

• Multi-site operational experience in contract catering, hospitality or foodservice.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional food and hospitality experiences.
• Experience coaching, developing and influencing managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion Dine's food vision, culinary standards and customer experience across multiple sites.
• Support successful implementation of menus, concepts, promotions and seasonal initiatives.
• Coach and develop Catering Managers and Chef Managers to build capability and confidence.
• Provide hands-on support in operations to achieve excellence in food quality, presentation and service.
