Job description

This is a challenging and rewarding commercial cleaning supervisor/operative role for someone in the Bedford area with very good attention to detail, good communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a professional manner.

Job Details

• The role is Area Supervisor and they will be required to support the Area Manager and cover various client sites, communicating effectively with the cleaning operatives, ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained by leading by example and resolving any issues, whilst keeping the Area Manager updated and the client happy.
• The role is new, but the hours will probably be between 4 pm and 8 pm Monday to Friday, £15 per hour.
• The Area Supervisor will report to the Area Manager, who reports to the Operations Manager.
