Job summary

A leading construction solutions company is looking for an Area Specification Manager to secure residential and commercial specifications for standing seam roofing, cladding, and rainscreen façade systems. The successful applicant will have field sales experience, particularly in specification sales, and will work closely with a variety of stakeholders including architects and main contractors. A competitive package of £60k-£65k, plus a bonus scheme and additional benefits, is offered for this role based in Greater London.

Territory : North, East & South East London, and the SM, CR & BR postcodes

Products : Standing seam roofing, cladding and rainscreen façade systems

Customers : Architects, consultants, main contractors, high-rise developers and specialist installers

THE ROLE – Area Specification Manager :

• A specification sales role creating demand and securing specifications for a range of standing seam roofing, cladding and rainscreen façade systems
• Tracking new-build and refurbishment projects across high and low-rise residential, student accommodation and commercial sector, including healthcare, education, leisure…
• Inheriting a client base and project bank, you’ll be working with architects, consultants, main contractors and a network of approved installers across your area, securing the specifications and following them along the chain
