An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to drive the sales of construction brands in a field‑based role, suited to a motivated individual, with a proven track record in plant, construction, or heavy equipment sales being essential to this role.

Role: Area Sales Manager

Area: West Midlands & surrounding areas

Salary: £50,000 per year + guaranteed year 1 commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the sales growth of the division by generating sales leads as a result of effective networking, referrals and prospecting.
  • Successfully identify, penetrate and close business opportunities to an effective conclusion, whilst identifying and securing additional sales opportunities such as parts and service.
  • Consistently achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with suppliers ensuring the correct specifications for an order are delivered to the customer.
  • Actively develop a network of customer relationships with both new and existing clients.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experienced within the heavy plant sector, ideally within a machinery or parts sales role.
  • Motivated & target‑driven individual.
  • Self‑starter who can manage their own responsibilities and working day.
  • Possesses a customer‑focused mindset.
