Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own sales territory, identify potential customers, and convert them into long‑term, valued clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, from pre‑sales to after‑sales support.
• Plan and carry out regular customer visits, ensuring full coverage and a strategic approach to sales.
• Attend trade shows and events, helping build brand presence in key locations.
• Report market intelligence and contribute to the company’s CRM systems.
• Support inbound sales queries and provide local assistance to retail customers via multiple channels.
• Attend meetings of the Sales and Marketing team at our Wigan office and other locations as required by the company.
• Participate in any other duties assigned by the company, based on your skills and experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a sales role, ideally field‑based, with the ability to manage your own schedule and large territory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building strong customer relationships.
• Solid knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel with attention to detail a must.
• Self‑motivation, organisation, and time‑management skills, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
• A full clean UK driving license and a willingness to travel within your region.

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience)

Additional annual bonus of up to £12,000 based on performance, resulting in an OTE of approximately £70,000.
