  • Grow Gardena Brand Division products with the agreed territory.
  • Achieve company marketing strategies within the territory.
  • Achieve sales turnover and margin budget for the territory.
  • Manage and grow the garden centres accounts.
  • Onboard new customers.
  • Achieve width and depth of all product categories.
  • Manage trade marketing activities.
  • Gather market and competitor intelligence.
  • Represent the company at trade events.

Responsibilities & Key Tasks
  • Grow Gardena Brand Division products with the agreed territory
  • Achieve company marketing strategies within the territory
  • Achieve sales turnover and margin budget (target) for the territory
  • Manage and grow the garden centres accounts within the territory
  • On board new customers
  • Achieve width and depth of all product categories within the garden centre network
  • Manage trade marketing activities to encourage sell‑through within the garden centre network, including high focus on in‑store training and merchandising.
  • Gather market and competitor intelligence
  • Represent the company at trade events and trade shows
