Overview

A genuinely exciting Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager opportunity has arisen with this leading supplier of mezzanine flooring, racking and shelving systems. They are looking for an experienced sales professional to respond to enquiries and to develop new business. Experience from within the Office Fit-Out or Interior Fit-Out industry is ideal, to assist in site surveys, quotes and tenders.

Location

LOCATION: Candidates will live in either Kent or Surrey area and cover a similar area as a territory. You will be able to work from home and/or the office when needed.

Salary

SALARY: 40,000 to 60,000 base with an OTE of 100,000, which is totally uncapped and designed to reward new business. Including car or car allowance, 20 days holiday and company pension.

Responsibilities
  • Sell a wide range of partitioning, mezzanine flooring and racking and shelving solutions to a variety of end users (manufacturers, offices and industrial end users).
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and visit clients, quoting and tendering for major projects.
  • Proactively contact prospective clients to hunt for major projects; project values range from 5k to 250k.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' field sales experience.
  • Experience selling interior fit-out or office fit-out solutions to enable quoting and winning major projects from day one.
  • Experience selling mezzanine flooring or partitioning is ideal.
