The role of the Area Sales Manager – Generator Hire will involve:

• Field sales role selling generator hire
• Selling into main contractors, electrical contractors and specialist event and film companies
• Sales target between £1m‑£2m
• Majority of the time on the road in front of customers
• Tropical customers include hospitals, factories, distributors (where power back‑up is essential)
• Leveraging your own network of contacts within the power industry
• Sell the hire of large generators

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Generator Hire with:

• 3 years+ field sales experience
• Must come from and have a network of contacts within the generator power industry
• Generator hire experience/working for a competitor
• Strong negotiating skills
• Competitive nature
• Experience of managing a multi‑site organisation
