Area Sales Manager (Fertiliser and Seed) – Somerset / Devon - Basic Salary to circa £48,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE to £130,000) + Car + Benefits Package

The Job:

My client is seeking a home-based technical Area Sales Manager, located within either Somerset, Avon, or Devon, to provide technical support and advice to the grower customer base within the region.

The successful candidate will ideally have technical advisory or sales experience. The client is open to applicants ranging from recent graduates to experienced agronomists with years of technical sales experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious company within the crop nutrition sector.

The Candidate:

• Previous experience within crop nutrition and/or practical arable farming.
• UK driving license.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
• Experience in B2C sales would be advantageous.
• BASIS & FACTS qualification would be advantageous.

The Package:

• Basic Salary from £35,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
• Uncapped commission – circa £10,000 to £70,000 – currently being achieved.
• Car
• Benefits package.
