Area Sales Manager (Facade / Cladding / Building Envelope)

North East Patch

Are you an Area Sales Manager or similar from a Facade, Cladding or Building Envelope background, looking to join an industry leading steel manufacturer with over 100 years of history, where you will work completely autonomously in an area turning over 2 million already?

On offer is the chance to become a technical expert in your field for a business known for their investment and development in their employees, whilst earning a generous quarterly bonus on top.

In this role you will be covering a North East patch, with 30% of your time being focused client relationships and 70% you will focused on more project based work dealing with specifications and other technical aspects.

This company design and manufacture light-gauge steel framing systems for buildings up to 15 storeys, serving the residential, education, health, and commercial sectors.

This role would suit an Area Sales Manager or similar from a Facade, Cladding or Building Envelope background, looking for a varied and autonomous role for an impressive manufacturer.

The Role

• North East Patch - as high as the Scottish Boarder and as low as Sheffield
• 30% client relationships & 70% project management (Spec & Designs)
• Split between visiting clients and working from home
• Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 1:30pm
• Performance based company bonus
