Overview

The role of the Area Sales Manager Commercial Roofing & Cladding will involve:

• Field sales position selling a high quality range of fasteners for roofing & cladding systems
• All of your time will be spent selling to specialised sub‑contractors, roofing contractors and OEMs such as Kingspan & Tata Steel
• Once up and running will be expected to turnover £1m
• Majority of your time will be spent generating new business
• Project sizes can vary from £100 - £250k depending on size and scope
• Fantastic support with NSM and internal team
• Typical projects include education, high rise residential, commercial office, healthcare and education

Responsibilities

Field sales: generate new business, build relationships with specialist sub‑contractors, roofing contractors, and OEMs.

Meet and exceed the £1m turnover target and support the team with knowledge about fasteners, cladding and roofing solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have commercial roofing & cladding sales experience (not domestic)
• Must have sold to sub‑contractors & roofing contractors and OEMs
• Must be able to pick up technical aspects of the role
• Must have a hunter mentality
• Experience in high‑rise or large‑scale commercial projects (education, healthcare, office)
• IT literate, team player, hardworking and resilient
• Technical background considered, but ideally sales experience
