Job summary

An innovative outdoor solutions manufacturer in the UK seeks an Area Sales Manager to develop and manage specification opportunities with housebuilders. The ideal candidate will have construction sales experience and a strong ability to foster relationships. This position offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 plus commission, car allowance, and additional benefits in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing and developing housebuilder accounts.
  • Comfortable selling via specification and tracking projects through the supply chain.
  • Confident presenting to architects and commercial developers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage specification opportunities with regional and national housebuilders.
  • Track and convert specifications into orders via the merchant channel.
  • Build strong relationships with builders' merchants.
