About The Role

This is a full-time, field-based role giving you the opportunity to manage sales in your assigned territory of South West of England (excluding Wales). You will promote and sell premium Kingspan Klargester products and deliver exceptional customer service to a range of clients, from homeowners and housebuilders to contractors and national builders' merchants.

What You'll Do

Deliver Results: Achieve sales targets within your territory, ensuring profitability and growth.

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers at all levels within the distribution network.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide onsite technical support and advice, working closely with the technical sales team.
  • Sales Excellence: Generate and manage quotations via CRM systems, and handle technical product queries both on-site and by phone.
  • Strategic Growth: Build a robust specification program, control pricing strategies, and implement tailored sales plans for key customers in collaboration with the National Sales Manager (NSM).
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal sales, operations, and technical offices to deliver seamless customer service.
  • Brand Representation: Attend exhibitions, deliver CPD presentations, and actively participate in marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to product compliance obligations, fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
What We're Looking For

  • Knowledge of heavy-side materials you could have sold, insulation, paving, timber, bricks, blocks, roofing or any building envelope product.
  • Knowledge and contacts within Merchants and buying groups.

  • Exceptional people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and persuasive presentation skills, both to customers and senior stakeholders.
