About this role

Ready for a sales role where you can meet people, open doors and make a real difference across your region? As an Area Sales Manager with Dawsongroup, you’ll take the lead in driving new business, supporting customers with practical rental solutions, and helping your branch get the very best from its fleet.

What you’ll be doing
  • Building new relationships and showing customers how our rental and contract hire options can help their operations run smoothly.
  • Growing our presence across your territory through planned outreach, visits and regular check-ins.
  • Helping your branch succeed by placing assets, uncovering opportunities and contributing to revenue and utilisation.
What you’ll bring

You enjoy meeting people, solving everyday challenges and creating long-term partnerships. And if you’re not sure you tick every box, please still apply - your approach and potential really do matter.

  • Confidence when speaking with customers and spotting new business opportunities.
  • The ability to keep a tidy sales pipeline and accurate CRM notes.
  • A knack for planning your week, organising visits and keeping strong territory coverage.
  • A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in rental, fleet, transport or commercial vehicles is useful, but absolutely not essential.
