CENTRAL - AREA SALES MANAGER - METAL PITCHED AND FLAT ROOFING MANUFACTURER

Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join a leading brand within the metal roofing sector selling systems aligned for both residential, heritage and commercial projects. The Role

The role is to sell the clients range of Lead, Zinc, Cooper and Aluminium products aligned for pitched and flat roofing solutions via independent and national merchant accounts across the central territory. You will be responsible for managing these accounts along with up-selling where necessary to increase monthly spend. Within the position you will also be responsible for looking after some small to medium contractors, providing them with technical information and being on hand to help with projects through from start to finish. The position is a healthy mix of account manager and new business as the client already has a very strong name in the market within the territory.

The Area

Field sales role covering the Central region, Including counties of Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and South Wales.

The Candidate

The client is looking to hear from candidates who have experience of selling to merchants, distributors or contractors across the above territory. Ideally the candidate will have roofing experience however the client will also consider candidates from a building envelope or insulation product background.
