Area Sales Manager - HVAC

Region: M4 Corridor - Bristol to Southampton + M25 West Edge

Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 basic (OTE £71K )

Car: Premium hybrid/company car (BMW/Tesla-level)

We are recruiting an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover a key territory spanning the M4 corridor from Bristol through to Southampton, extending to the western edge of the M25. This region is well-established but currently underperforming, offering plenty of scope to grow and develop both new and existing relationships.

This role focuses on mechanical valves and secondary circulation solutions, selling on availability, service and commercial value rather than complex engineering theory. You'll work closely with M&E contractors, consultants, and merchants, generating specifications and closing commercial orders typically ranging from £30k-£100k.

Area Sales Managers duties:
  • Grow and manage a significant sales territory
  • Engage with mechanical contractors, consultants and specialist merchants to drive specification and secure orders
  • Promote a range of mechanical valves, T&N valves, secondary circulation products
  • Provide commercially-focused support around stock availability
