A leading global food company is seeking an Area Quality Manager for its Wisbech site. The role involves ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, training production teams, and driving continuous improvements. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Food Science or Food Technology, along with experience in the food industry and knowledge of HACCP. This position offers a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.

Our Wisbech factory makes some of the UK’s most well-known and much-loved brands, such as Felix, Winalot, Gourmet, and Purina ONE, and is constantly developing to meet the changing needs of our consumers. This factory is in its prime with significant capital investment on new lines and new exciting technology leading to fantastic development opportunities!

You will play a crucial role in achieving this by been responsible for ensuring full conformance to food safety and quality requirements within the production units, challenging and coaching the team in the pursuit for zero defects.
