Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Area Property Marketing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring properties are showcased at their best. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with vendors
  • Securing new property instructions and driving business growth
  • Effectively marketing properties to attract qualified buyers
  • Managing property contracts and promoting additional services
  • Creating high-quality property brochures using professional photography and compelling descriptions
  • Conducting local canvassing activities, including door knocking and leaflet distribution
  • Ensuring all listed properties meet required health and safety standards
