This is a pivotal time to become part of our management team as we shape and develop our new Prevention and Early Intervention Service. While your primary responsibility will be the leadership and management of the Adult Access Team alongside the Operations Manager, you will also work closely with APMs across the prevention service to develop this innovative new model. You will play a key role in transforming our ways of working, positively leading change, and helping us meet both organisational goals and customer needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and well-established team committed to making a difference.

The role is permanent, full time (37 hours) and is based at County Hall in Dorchester. We offer hybrid working with an expectation of working from County Hall a minimum of two days per week. You are required to have a degree in Social Work or Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England or the Health and Care Professional Council.
