Quest Search & Selection are currently recruiting for an Area Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-brand stores.

Please note that this role will require relocation. This role is based in a remote part of the British Isles, so only apply if relocation is a consideration .

In this role, you will take responsibility for store performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and strategic delivery. You will also focus on leading and developing a high-performing management team to ensure the delivery of profitable, brand-compliant stores.

This well-established retail group is operating stores and real estate commercial property dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences & future CAPEX expenditure.

The roles & responsibilities of this Area Operations Manager - multi-brands role :
  • Build strong partnerships with franchise teams to drive effective commercial decisions.
  • Ensure brand compliance and operational excellence across all 8-10 stores cross the island.
  • Lead financial performance management including Sales, EBITDA, and cost control.
  • Develop and inspire high-performing teams aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee stock, buying, merchandising, and marketing to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and HR policies.
