This role focuses on enhancing clinical leadership and improving performance across veterinary practices. The successful candidate will have over 6 years of experience in clinical practice and team leadership. Responsibilities include providing support to clinics and ensuring excellence in clinical care. Competitive benefits include generous holiday allowance and wellness programs. A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace is paramount.
At Linnaeus, we are driven by a simple but powerful vision: A better world for pets. As part of the Mars Veterinary Health family, we are committed to delivering excellence in clinical care, supporting our people, and shaping the future of veterinary medicine.
As an Area Medical Business Partner, you will work closely with our Area Operations Directors and be the bridge between our central medical strategy and our practice teams across the UK & Ireland. You will empower clinical leaders, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure medical excellence is consistently delivered across primary care and referral practices. The role will see you working on‑site at our clinics 3‑4 days a week, with the rest spent working remotely.
Linnaeus Veterinary Ltd is part of Mars Veterinary Health, the largest family‑owned veterinary company in the world. You’ll have access to a huge network of specialists, worldwide development opportunities and an easily accessible, comprehensive wellbeing package that prioritises your physical and mental health, allowing you to focus on what you do best – care for pets.
We are committed to fostering a culture that is inclusive and diverse, we care about you and want you to be authentic, with everything you need to perform at your best. We are all individual but two important things bring us together: a commitment to excellence and our passion to achieve our purpose.
