Qualifications

  • Experienced in a public sector organisation or consultancy environment.
  • Capacity for learning business development, recruiting and commercial skills.
  • Knowledge of local marketplace for recruitment.
  • A positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Comfortable among seniors, peers and juniors.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience in, or aptitude for people management.
  • Ambition to develop management skills and a quick learner.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive recruitment and interviewing of technical candidates.
  • Business development with clients following a strategic business plan.
  • Assisting Senior Management with Professional Service Frameworks.
  • Colleague management and support including mentoring.
  • Attending networking events and seminars.
