SSA are recruiting for an Area Manager to join a leading Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor working as part of their Thames Water framework, working on developer services projects across North London.

The Site Agent would be responsible for:

  • Managing day to day site operations
  • Ensuring construction is completed in accordance with company & industry health & safety standards, and is in budget, and on the expected timeline
  • Liaising with internal teams to plan and programme construction and installation works
  • Management of plant, materials, and site labour
  • Subcontractor liaison and management
  • Leading site meetings to discuss project resources, timeline, budget etc
  • Contribute to work planning, and briefing project teams, contractors, and suppliers
