The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gym & Spa Area Manager to oversee multiple high-end residential gym and spa facilities, as well as our corporate wellness contracts. The successful candidate will bring strong operational expertise alongside proven experience managing client-facing corporate services, with a focus on maintaining impeccable standards and delivering first-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Provide operational support and guidance to ensure smooth day-to-day running of residential and corporate facilities.
 
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety are consistently upheld.
 
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational procedures, company policies, and contractual obligations.
 
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring budgets are met and resources are efficiently managed across both residential and corporate accounts.
 
- Customer & Client Experience: Design and implement strategies to enhance the customer and corporate client journey.
 
- Collaborate with residential management teams and corporate partners to align services with resident and employee needs.
 
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contractual requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
 
- Drive engagement through innovative wellness programs, events, and bespoke solutions tailored to corporate environments.
 
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage on-site teams to deliver exceptional resident and client service.
 
- Provide ongoing support to site managers, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed in both residential and corporate contexts.
 
About You

- Proven experience in an operational leadership role, ideally within the leisure, fitness or corporate wellness sectors.
 
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for motivating staff.
 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents, corporate clients, and team members.
 
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
 
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, contracts, and client expectations.
