Overview

Regularly visit your stores to ensure things are running like clockwork, with a focus on efficiency, productivity and operational compliance. Mentor and support your Store Managers in recruiting, training and developing their teams, while improving store performance. Empower your teams to achieve their KPIs and maintain high standards. Create an environment where your teams can do their best work, shift after shift, in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles.

A lot of past experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results. The ability to understand complex reports, how to put next steps in place and oversee the effectiveness of new initiatives. Drive to learn and keep up to date with the ever-changing aspects of our business. Effective communication skills to support your teams with new launches, concepts and processes. A full UK Driving License.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support Store Managers in recruitment, training and development to improve store performance.
  • Empower teams to achieve KPIs and sustain high performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Communicate effectively to support teams with new launches, concepts and processes.
  • Utilize complex reports to identify next steps and oversee the implementation and effectiveness of new initiatives.

  • Salary: £68,200 - £99,000 per annum (includes £10% London Allowance).
