A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Area Manager for South and East England. You will lead client strategy, manage service delivery, and develop strategic plans while ensuring the highest standards of performance and safeguarding. The ideal candidate has a relevant bachelor’s degree and proven team management experience, alongside a strong understanding of budget preparation and funding. Area Manager – England South and East
Salary : £48,226 per annum (SCP 37) progressing by increments to £52,413 per annum (SCP 41)
Hours : 36 hours per week
Location : Home based in South and East England
Contract : Permanent
