Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) is seeking an Area Manager to oversee 24 charity shops across the South & West Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire region. The role requires strong leadership, change management, and a passion for community impact.
The successful candidate will travel extensively, provide coaching to shop teams, and drive profitability within a values-driven charity retail environment. A 12-week induction will precede responsibilities covering multiple sites.
