Job description

You'll lead a diverse group of stores, working closely with managers and teams to deliver strong performance, consistent standards and great customer experiences. You'll interpret data to spot opportunities, plan ahead and simplify priorities so your region knows exactly what to focus on. Your leadership will help build confidence, momentum and a culture where teams feel supported and ready to grow.

Sound judgement, resilience and the ability to build strong relationships across different locations. You're confident joining the dots in the data, bringing a clear narrative to your plans and creating conditions where teams can succeed. You know how to coach managers, make an impact and collaborate across the wider business - always with a calm, structured approach.

You'll also have:

• Proven multi-site retail leadership experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• A positive, motivating style that strengthens performance and team capability
• Confidence making decisions and leading through change
• The ability to live within the region or relocate with our support
