Job summary

RUSH Hair & Beauty in London & Surrey seeks an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of salons, coaching Salon Managers and driving commercial results. You will travel across your region, supporting leaders to achieve exceptional client experiences and financial performance.

You will focus on developing high-performing teams, analysing KPIs, and collaborating with Head Office to deliver strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working is available.

Location: London & Surrey (Regular travel across your region)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time (flexibility to work weekends as required)

Salary: £40-£55k + Performance Bonus + Travel Expenses
