Job summary

Greene King, the country's leading pub company and brewer, is seeking an Area Manager for its Community brand in the UK. You will lead and grow your teams, oversee a collection of pubs, and implement innovative ideas while balancing customer needs.

You will engage with support teams, identify talent across FOH/BOH, and drive progression while ensuring safety, legality, and quality across venues. A strategic mindset and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Area Manager working in ourCommunitybrand, you will lead and grow your teams, helping them achieve their full potential. With the opportunity to oversee your own collection of pubs, you'll come up with innovative ideas, take calculated risks, and make the necessary adjustments to serve the needs of your customers.

Qualifications

Your role as Area Manager, you will…

Build solid partnerships with all support teams to guarantee that pubs have the finest levels of assistance and expertise at all times.
