Shoezone have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Area Management Team. The ideal candidate should be located near the M1 Corridor in one of the following areas:

  • Suffolk
  • Oxfordshire
  • South Bedfordshire
The Job

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and talented retailer to work for a thriving footwear retailer and strengthen our existing team of 7 Area Managers and take full responsibility for approximately 35 stores across your area.

Area Managers are at the heart of our retail business. They support the stores, have a commercial focus, alongside recruiting, training and motivating teams to maximise sales and control costs.

We are looking for someone with drive, self-belief, ambition, and the determination to succeed. The right candidate will have a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
