SP Executive Search is recruiting an experienced Area Manager for a leading pub business with a strong UK presence for a patch in their Kent & London region. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader to oversee a dynamic portfolio, drive sales growth, and raise operational and brand standards across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the performance of a portfolio of pubs, ensuring operational excellence
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Pub Managers and site teams to deliver outstanding service and results
  • Drive sales, profitability, and brand consistency across all locations
  • Implement business strategies, marketing initiatives, and effective cost control measures
  • Ensure full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and brand standards
  • Analyse P&L reports and use insights to optimise financial performance
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
