We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Maintenance Manager to join our team, working with one of our major UK retail clients. In this role, you will lead a mobile technical team, ensuring the effective delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance services. A key part of this position is fostering strong client relationships, maintaining excellent communication, and ensuring our service consistently meets expectations. You will be responsible for managing both your technicians and client interactions, ensuring a customer-focused approach that builds trust and long-term partnerships. Service delivery must align with all legislative and regulatory standards, as well as agreed service levels. Additionally, you will oversee a schedule of compliance audits, taking prompt corrective action where necessary. Driving continuous improvement, supporting training, and enhancing operational processes will also be integral to your success in this role.
