Job summary

EMR is seeking an Area ELV Lead in the UK to drive end-of-life vehicle recycling initiatives across regional sites. You will lead teams, promote safe, sustainable and efficient practices, and mentor individuals to grow within the ELV operation.

You will work alongside the ELV Area Manager to transform regional performance, focusing on maximizing material recovery, reuse and recycling while delivering measurable carbon savings.

Qualifications

• 3.5mt forklift license is essential.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive teams to achieve targets (ELV leaderboard).
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to safe operations.
• Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead ELV teams across multiple sites within your region.
• Set and communicate best-practice safety, sustainability and efficiency procedures.
• Develop individuals to match learning styles and career goals.
• Collaborate with ELV Area Manager to optimise regional operations and carbon savings.
• Identify opportunities to maximise recycling, reuse and repurposing, reducing waste.
