An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Midlands Region. We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead 18 Dental Practices, including Telford, Chasetown, Rugeley, Walsall, Wellington, Kings Norton and Birchfield.

• It's an exciting time at My Dentist, and this area has led the way with new state-of-the‑art practices
• The role is permanent and full‑time
• You are likely to be travelling within your area four days per week, with one administration day at home
• The role includes a car allowance/company car, and travel expenses will be covered
• An opportunity to work autonomously, leading and driving performance growth across 18 specialist practices

Your future, your role

As a Regional Manager, you'll be:

• Leading and coaching your teams to provide outstanding patient care
• Recruiting and developing a high‑performing management team to deliver on financial targets and KPIs
• Working in partnership with your Clinical Development Advisor and Clinical Director to support the development and growth of the self‑employed clinicians in your team
• Leading with effective clinician recruitment and proactively supporting the onboarding process
• Ensuring excellence across the practice, regulatory compliance, and clinical standards are in line with mydent policies and guidance
• Building effective relationships with your regional support functions to drive performance in all aspects of the business
