Area Cleaning Manager - Soft Services FM, Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire / Dundee (Mobile Role). Salary: £30,000 + Company Car. Flexible Working Hours.

The Opportunity

We\'re recruiting an Area Cleaning Manager to join a well-established and growing soft services FM business. Following a period of expansion, the business has ambitious growth plans for 2026, creating genuine progression opportunities for the right individual.

This is a mobile role, managing commercial cleaning contracts across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, and Dundee, with sites ranging from commercial office buildings to large oil & gas facilities.

The Role

You\'ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of multiple cleaning contracts, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support cleaning teams across multiple commercial sites
  • Deliver service excellence across office, industrial, and oil & gas environments
  • Carry out site audits, inspections, and quality checks
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Recruit, train, and develop site-based staff
  • Manage rotas, holiday cover, and absence
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
  • Support contract mobilisation and business growth initiatives
What We\'re Looking For
  • Proven experience in commercial cleaning or soft services FM management
  • Experience managing multi-site contracts
  • Comfortable working within commercial and industrial environments
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Strong people management and organisational skills
