Aspens Services Ltd. is seeking an Area Chef to lead school catering across multiple sites in the UK. The role focuses on delivering healthy, nutritious menus and exceptional service for students and staff.

You will mentor a kitchen team, ensure strict health and safety standards, and maintain strong relationships with school clients. Driving between schools is required, with term-time hours and competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence to travel between schools.
• Proven experience in a catering environment using fresh ingredients; preferably in education catering.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety practices; certification in Food Hygiene Level 2 & 3.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to motivate others.
