NMR is looking for an Area Business Manager to build and maintain customer relationships and commercial performance across a defined territory with the Cornwall, South Devon area. This is a practical, field-based role where you’ll spend most of your time on farms—working alongside dairy farmers, understanding their businesses, and helping them get real value from data, insights and services.
You will be responsible for retaining and growing existing customers, onboarding new farms, and developing a strong local presence within the dairy community. Using a consultative, solutions-led approach, you’ll act as a trusted advisor—supporting farms with everything from core milk recording through to health testing and advanced genomics.
