About the role

As an Area Business Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide high quality support to managers across the UK covering periods of longterm absence, holidays and other career breaks. When not providing cover, the role will support other regional colleagues and business initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery of sales performance, training and compliance standards across the wider team.

You will work collaboratively with independent funeral directors throughout the UK and provide tailored training and marketing solutions to increase pre-paid funeral plan sales. The position is focused on driving sustainable revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on customer needs and regulatory compliance. Beyond sales responsibilities, this role presents an opportunity to contribute to the development and strategic direction of key regions within the UK.
