Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an ARDT Assistant Clinical Research Practitioner to work across the Humber and North Yorkshire region as part of a mobile team. You will support initiation and delivery of funded research across health and care settings, including Secondary Care and Wider Care settings.
This entry level post requires travel, flexibility, and a proactive approach to community-based research delivery, with knowledge of governance and regulatory frameworks.

The Agile Research Delivery Team (ARDT) is looking for experienced Clinical Trials Assistant wishing to make the move to an Assistant Clinical Research Practitioner (ACRP) working in a dynamic mobile team.
This advert is for a post available in the Humber and North Yorkshire region.
The ARDT works across Secondary Care, Primary Care and Wider Care settings, delivering a variety of Commercial and Non-Commercial research studies and trials. The Assistant Clinical Research Practitioner post would ideally suit someone who has experience of supporting the delivery of research in a dynamic environment and/or experience of community based practice.
These posts will be employed through Leeds Teaching Hospitals with the operational base being Humber Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust or the Wizu Workspace in York, depending on the location of the successful candidate.
The ARDT Assistant CRP will be required to travel throughout the Humber and North Yorkshire region delivering all aspects of clinical and non-clinical research.
The following areas of experience are advantageous however not essential: Commercial Research Delivery, Mental Health, Community Care, Supporting those living with Dementia and Prisons.

The Agile Research Delivery Team form part of the Regional Research Delivery Network for Yorkshire and Humber. We support the delivery of research across multiple locations and settings, broadly speaking in Secondary Care and Wider Care Settings.
This post is a community based role, covering the Humber and North Yorkshire area, therefore travel is a requirement of the role. The ARDT work both in and out of the hospital setting. Delivering NIHR Portfolio adopted research in Wider Care Settings and the community requires the post holder to have a flexible approach, excellent planning and time management skills.
This is an entry level post within the ARDT however it will be advantageous for the prospective candidates to demonstrate experience of supporting the delivery of both commercial and non-commercial research and have knowledge of the legislative frameworks governing safe and effective research delivery.
Applicants should possess the necessary clinical skills required to deliver all aspects of clinical research such as phlebotomy, EGC recording and sample processing.
