A leading travel consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking a talented Travel Consultant to specialize in selling tailor-made trips to the Polar regions. Candidates should have significant travel sales experience and a passion for polar adventures. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and maximizing sales opportunities. This is an office-based position located in Gloucestershire, with a base salary of around £27,000 and OTE of £32,000.

Seeking outstanding Tailormade Travel consultant with Travel sales experience to specialize in selling Polar region itineraries to clients and customers!

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced travel sales consultant, who has travel industry sales experience to work with such a unique and sort after set of clients offering advice to customers and selling tailor‑made trips to the Polar regions whilst closing sales and booking trips of a lifetime.

As a Travel consultant you will:
  • Provide exceptional service from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Maximise sales and customer experience by suggesting excursions, upgrades and special sights to see.
  • Administration on bookings
Travel Consultant skills required:
  • Proven sales experience in a Travel sales environment
  • Knowledge and a genuine interest in the Polar regions
  • Outstanding customer service and the ability to build rapport and connect with customers and clients
  • Organised and can piece all the elements of an itinerary together to make the perfect trip for your client
Extra Info:
  • Salary base of around £27,000 with an OTE around £32k
  • Hours of work: 8.30am – 5pm or 9am‑5pm
  • Educational’s - to gain first‑hand knowledge to the destinations you’ll be specialising in
  • Great company to work for.
  • This is an office based role only, so you will need to be based in the Gloucestershire area
