Job summary

Burberry is seeking an Architecture Practice Co-ordinator to ensure the IT Architecture practice runs smoothly across the organisation. You will coordinate governance cadences, maintain documentation and dashboards, track demand and allocate architectural resources.

This is an operational coordination role focused on process, records and stakeholder collaboration rather than design. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills, experience in PMO or governance roles within technology,

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating architecture governance or PMO in a tech environment.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple forums and documents.
• Experience working with senior technology leaders, architects and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of architecture concepts to coordinate reviews and documentation.
• Experience maintaining action logs, decision records and governance materials.
• Clear, persuasive communication and ability to drive actions to closure.
• Experience with resource allocation, capacity tracking or budget administration.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools like Ardoq.
• Experience with governance processes and coordinating forums.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architecture governance forums, reviews and standards boards with schedules, agendas, materials and minutes.
• Maintain governance artefacts: decision logs, standards repositories and evidence trails.
• Track actions, exceptions and follow-ups; escalate overdue items.
• Coordinate input into the portfolio process with design reviews and checkpoints.
• Maintain visibility of architecture demand across teams and capacity constraints.
• Track resource allocation across Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects.
• Onboard and administer contingent architecture resources; manage access and offboarding.
• Support VP Strategy, Architecture & Data with planning and budgeting inputs.
• Own and maintain ways-of-working docs, templates and version control policies.
• Coordinate internal communications and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support adoption of documentation standards with delivery teams.
