Qualifications

  • Sufficient post-qualification experience.
  • Experienced in Revit and AutoCAD with strong technical knowledge.
  • UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support and develop detailed project information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day project information among the design team.
  • Liaise directly with main contractors and sub‑contractor teams.
  • Attend design team and site meetings to support project delivery.
  • Update and issue working drawing packs and associated technical information.

Job Title: Architectural Technician / Technologist

Location: Manchester

Salary: £32-42,000 DOE

A talented, motivated, and dynamic individual is sought to join the Manchester studio as an Architectural Technician / Technologist. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects, collaborating with an experienced team in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The successful candidate will have sufficient post‑qualification experience and be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience attending site meetings is advantageous but not essential.

Daily Duties
  • Support and develop detailed project information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
